This was a simple simulation I used to explain virtual particles to my students and visualize the idea that particles are excitations in quantum fields. The simulation shows green 'real' particles interacting via red 'virtual' particles, with ability to toggle visibility of green and red fields and their interaction.
For clarification: the simulation is not scientifically accurate.
